One of the most important exercises to do in your Fitness Journey is to Rest, Sleep, and Relax. During rest days you allow your body time to recover and rebuild. Muscles get stronger, tissues get repaired, and energy restored. It is so important to rest. Not only it is important to rest, but also it is as important to get some sleep. Do you know while you are sleeping the body produces Human Growth Hormones (HGH)? HGH repairs and rebuilds muscle and help regulate your Metabolism.
I cannot express the importance to of Rest, Sleep, and Relaxation. When you don’t allow you body time to recover, you don’t allow your body to build.
Day 33: REST – Indeed!
Day 34: Legs – I did not implement Density Training for this one. This work out is enough by itself. This is a great short leg workout.
