My doubts are now washed away!

I am really enjoying this workout. At this point I do not see much change in my body but my muscles are a bit soar. I am very impressed by the methodology and approach geared toward this workout. The intervals remind me of Insanity but Supreme 90 allows your body to recover for the next cycle. Just when you feel like your are going burn out the workout cycle changes. This keeps you focused on the movements and not the time. Here are my reviews for Day 4 – 6.

Day 4 – Tabata Inferno – Workout: 37:45, Cool Down – 5:57
This was the most intense workout thus far. WOW what a burn. I would compare this workout to Insanity but without the crazy 3 min to 30 sec intervals. The movements where intense but very doable.

Day 5 – Shoulders & Arms – Warm Up: 4:19, Workout: 32:49, Cool Down: 5:57
A very nice upper body workout. I got a nice burn but I could of went heavier on the weights. I will add more weights on the next go round. The sets are similar to P90x shoulders and arm but the movements are completely different.

Day 6 – Cardio Challenge – Warm Up: 4:19, Workout: 31:06, Cool Down: 5:57
You think sense the workout is called Cardio there would not be any resistance involved, WRONG! Resistance is truly the key to this workout. The resistance fatigues the muscle than the movements change to allow muscle recovery but your heart rate is still high. True workout science for ultimate fat burning.

Supreme 90 is really impressing me. I have no joint pain. My muscles are recovering. My mental state is happy and I am looking forward to the next workout.

WOW, I have a new workout buddy called the Swiss Ball. What a difference this ball makes. I am hitting muscles I have not felt since my boxing days. This is saying a lot since I have completed P90x and Insanity workouts a few times.

However, I am really enjoying the workouts. I have a little stress because the workouts only last for about 40 minutes. I’m used to working out for at least an hour, but I am committed to this program. I really want to give Supreme 90 a fair chance.

Day 1 – Chest and Back
This was a great upper body workout because of the Swiss ball. This workout is so so different from P90x Chest and Back. It was more fun than I expected. Time went by so fast.

Day 2 – Ultimate Ball
All I can say is: Oh my God! This workout really challenged my core. I was all over the place. Plank here, plank there, pike here, role there. My goodness, what in the world! When the workout was over my core was screaming. But it felt so good. I knew that I truly worked my core to it’s fullest.

Day 3 – Rest
Did I need it, Hmmm, I don’t think so. Did I deserved it, YEA! So I enjoyed the day. Now I am looking forward for the next workout. Wish me luck.

To my surprise I received a package today. My long awaited order for Supreme 90 Day.
Ok, wow I forgot I ordered it.

For those of you who might not know what Supreme 90 is. It’s a workout plan similar to P90x with a little of Insanity mixed in. When I ordered the workout I really did not know what to expect due to the cost. It is fractions compared to the competitors. But after reviewing a few DVDs, it actually appears to be legit. The package consist of 12 workouts, a meal plan, and a huge workout day chart.

So know the challenge is on. I will commit to this fitness plan and update all who is interested my results. I will start the workout on Monday, Feb. 21. Look for post of before pics, weight, and body measurements by Sunday. Also I will be completely honest with my reviews on the workouts.
